The first and most famous Croatian folk and open air museum „Staro selo“ Kumrovec, in whose center is the birthhouse of Josip Broz Tito, shows authentic architecture, customs and the way of life of people in the Zagorje village from the late 19th and early 20th century is located 500m from the holiday house.

Holiday house "Pri Brozu" is only 3.5 km from the landscape Zelenjak where there is a monument erected in honor of the most famous song by Antun Mihanović and also the Croatian national anthem, "Lijepa naša domovino".

The most famous spa resort in the Croatian Zagorje, Terme Tuhelj, are located in the Municipality of Tuhelj which is located 11km away from Kumrovec. The spa resort offers 8 pools, 4 of which are indoor and 4 are outdoor pools. The resort also offers many fun activities for both children and adults.

In the municipality of Desinić which is 12km away from Kumrovec is the best preserved Croatian medieval castle Veliki Tabor, which changed many famous owners, some of which are: the Counts of Celje, Rattkay family and the famous Croatian painter Oton Iveković. The castle is now used as a museum.

The nearest town is Klanjec which is 6km away. Antun Augustincic Gallery is located in Klanjec and it includes two interdependent parts: the internal layout that is thematically divided into portraits and public monuments and the sculpture park, located around the gallery.
